I. President=s Report: Sir Aramithris asked the Clan 19 committee for stipulations at Clan 19, to wit:

1. Persons desiring to reeve at Clan 19 must be reeves qualified, i.e., passed a bona fide reeves test, and must attend both reeves meetings to be held at Clan.
2. Generators may be used at Clan for medical purposes only, however, be it noted that a person using a generator for this purpose must utilize a low-noise level machine. Any generator adjudged by the autocrat as being contrary to the ambiance of the event will be required to move a sufficient distance from all other individual sites to mitigate the disturbance.
3. The only Amtgard Rules of Play allowed at Clan 19 is the 6.0 Edition of the Rulebook.
4. Anyone desiring to host a tournament or quest during Clan 19 must apply to Sir Raphael, Clan 19 war autocrat for approval and scheduling.
5. Interkingdom court participation will be limited to ten (10) minutes per kingdom. All kingdoms desiring to participate in this court must present a written itinerary to the court herald of The Kingdom of the Burning Lands prior to court, and said itinerary must be approved by the Monarch of The Kingdom of the Burning Lands. No Amtgard group under kingdom level may participate in the interkingdom court. Individual kingdom courts may be held at the various kingdom=s pleasure and convenience. If any kingdom so wishes, the time and location of their kingdom court will be included in the Clan 19 schedule of events provided that information is received by the Clan 19 autocrat prior to July 1, 2001.
6. Kingdoms desiring to perform a knighting ceremony at the interkingdom court may do so, however, congratulations to those knighted must be delayed until the end of the total court. Any knighting ceremony will be counted against the kingdom=s ten (10) minute time limit.
7. With the exception of the hosting kingdom, kingdom attendants permitted each attending monarch are limited to two (2) individuals. Said individuals will be required to remain standing behind their respective monarchs at all times during the court event.
8. Dame Gwynne reported briefly on the meeting held with Lincoln Forest and Recreational Management personnel. The text of this meeting is included as part of these minutes.

II. Secretary-Treasurer=s Report: Dame Gwynne

1. Status of bank statements as of January 31, 2001 were reported to the Board, and are made a part of these minutes.
2. It was agreed by all present that purchases of equipment for Clan 19 be made as soon as possible. A list of items to be purchased will be presented at a future Board meeting.

III. Prime Ministers Report: Sir Aramithris

1. All Kingdom of the Burning Lands personal attendance records are now up-to-date. Former Burning Lands members who have transferred to other groups may request their records at any time; notarized copies of such records will be mailed in a timely manner.
2. It was also announced that there will be a new peasant sign-in class for all members of the Burning Lands who persistently show up at Memorial Park without garb beyond their first month of participation in Amtgard.
3. Sir Aramithris also stated that it was every Burning Lands member=s responsibility to read and participate in Amtgard according to the Rules of Play. The Board concurred that any participant who had not secured and read the Rules of Play beyond their first month of participation would not be allowed on the field.

IV Adjournment: There being no other business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned at 7:23 p.m. The next scheduled meeting will be March 24, 2001 at Memorial Park.
