Amtgard Inc.

Ever since Amtgard first gained incorporation status, there has been a Board of Directors. According to the Corpora and the laws of Texas, that means that the Board is the entity which takes care of mundane matters. Although the contract to play Amtgard is not mundane in the normal sense of the word, it is the copyright of the rulebook, the filing of the corpora with the State of Texas, and love of this organization which guides and directs the board. As stated elsewhere, a contract with Amtgard Inc is required by every land that chooses to play this game and call itself Amtgard.

Within these pages are those things which pertain to the mundane matters of copyright, contract, corpora, and the workings of the Amtgard Inc., Kingdom of the Burning Lands, Board of Directors. From unsponsored Freeholds which fall under the BL corpora to Shires, Baronies, and Duchies sponsored by other kingdoms, all lands fall under the requirement of contract.

ALL documents here are free to download for personal use. However, ONLY contracted groups are permitted to make multiple copies of any of them for use within their lands - as per contract with Amtgard Inc. The personal sale of any of these documents is strictly prohibited and violates copyright laws.
